I am interested to invest in one plot of 10 Marla (Residential) and 5 Marla (Commercial) either in Mumtaz City or Top City-1. Investment period in 2-3 years.
Could anyone guide me about good blocks or sectors in both cities.

in top city d block is good option for 10 marla plot as development work is going on there and in mumtaz city chinab block and ravi block

I think in TopCity 10 marla is from 14 to 15 lacs…
Sir top city d block 10 marla price is around 14.5 to 15 lac including cost ofland
chinab block 5 marla price is 16 lac and 8 marla price is 23 to 24 lac

That is a good investment you have done Nadeem Ahmed, F block is the best block for 10 marla plots in Top CIty,
Plus, for commercial plots investment i will suggest Mumtaz City commercial plots on main bulleward or plots facing Kashmir Highway, they will be better in value if you are planning to invest for 2-3 years.
For Residential plots, Top City is the best investment rite now.
Top City and Mumtaz City are both good options. Good luck, in which ever society you decide to invest as both are great options!

Well Mumtaz city you need higher stake for a 7 marla or 1 kanal plus atleast you know the development standards. Whereas Top City is a working progress.
