I want to know about grand avenue housing scheme, whether it will improve or not?
The demand for 10-marla and 5-marla plots has recently increased in the developed blocks of the Grand Avenue Housing Scheme. With the prices going up, Blocks A and B have the acquired the required approvals from the LDA and the land has also been cleared for possession. Currently, many houses are also under construction in these blocks.
On the other hand, Grand Avenue Housing Scheme is relocating plots in Block C as the society did not have the required land. The overall situation is improving in terms of property demand and rates.
there is no recent discussion about Grand Avenue. I wanted to know if the development of Dha phase 10 in the near vicinity of Grand Avenue will have a positive impact its plots.
