I have bought 10 marla plot in grand avenue society feroze pur road lahore. Actually i live in uae and i am not update with property sites and other news. Can you please help me to tell that this grand avenue society is still illegal. As i checked few old advertisment by lda in newspaper regarding its fake status. I already have paid more that 1.5 million rupees in installment. Thank you.
Hi faisal… Dont worry bro grand avenue is a safe and good investment. I have plots in A block 5 marla. I recently visited the site. A couple of houses under construction and development in full swing in B block

It depends on your budget however you may consider Lake city M7c/ d blocks for 5 marla .. Lake city is a very viable option -- 5 lac is downpayment, 199k quarterly installment and about 199k on ... As of 30th aug, 2 installment have been paid. You may get a balloting news soon
total cost is about 25lac plus 5 lac development charges
