Kindly advise me if i buy a plot of 240/400 sq yd in gulshan-e-roomi.
A lot of rumours have confused me but i am interested in that area. Please help me with your experties and all knowledge about this project.

I have visited the official website of Gulshan e Roomi and it looks quite promising but i have certain reservations:
1 - They have not provided their address 2 - Despite having a tab of images, there are no pictures available from the society 3 - Almost all the images used on the site are downloaded from internet 4 - The map of society is a graphical image while i know that these maps are hand drafted and then scanned for the online sources. Even the google map available there is a screen shot converted graphically into a map 5 - From the promises made in their website, the society sounds too promising but i have never heard of it and nor do we have any of its listings at Zameen.com
If i were to invest in Gulshan e Roomi, i would do lot more research. To me, the project looks scam and i hope i am wrong.
