Now a days the gwadar central project group is doing massive advertisement for their project. By viewing the price it seems very high. I would like to ask about project and its developer.
Is its location is promising for future investment?

I think its private scheme and any private scheme in Gwadar will take atleast two years to start development. Karwat Industrial Scheme is govt and 4 units there will be operational in Dec-16 as per news. I think 1 acre plot is on 70+ own there already

According to this info on Gda website the land area is central no doubt as already the acer price on this area is around 50 lac+ (Not main Costal) so if they really going to develop then on installment this would be a good option for long term investment.

Green palm much much superior than him from people to management, experienced. They have no superiority over land and giving good bribe to a dealer for every sale, green palm will develop first
Right now only green palm Gwadar, not even in sangar, new town. Else wait for the new master plan, china will buy either sangar or new town, GDA itself not aware of master planning. Green palm will be the most secure gated colony at the distance from factories and refinery pollution.

It is located right beside jinnah avenue which is the main commercial blvd of gwadar with no-limit high rise building clearance. As far as the credibility of the developers is concerned, the developers are two partners namely Umer mujib shami and Abdul saboor sheikh who are well renowned in the business of property.

I repeat no other right now trustable in GWADAR beside this Naval anchorage started but twice costly than above and their development standard won't match above though given tender. You can google them and land on their websites and locate their head office and buy directly from them Rafi group office in Lahore on Gulberg also in Gwadar, rest many property dealers too, even I have files of above. A new master plan just arriving, buy today all i can guide anything

gwadar central will be the gulberg of gwadar and green palm would be raiwind.
