I need your help regarding investment of Rs 10 lac in B-17.
I am interested in D block.
What is your suggestion, can I get some plot in my range?

Right now in d block prices are from 12 to 14 lac all dues clear depends on location. If you are interested in D block then try to search a plot with balance dues all dues clear plots minimum price is now a days 12 lac. If no development takes place in d block the prices may well go down in next couple of months.

D block will take a little time but after development prices of d block will be higher then e block as d block will be in between of 2 developed blocks C and E block.
There are some issues of land acquiring in d block hope so will be settled with in a year then it will give a good profit. So for a long term investment minimum 2 years d block is a good option.
