Pakistani banks annual profits are more than total defense budget of Pakistan. This should give you idea how much blood Pakistani banks suck out of poor people of Pakistan in the name of fees and sood.
Home loans in Pakistan is like a biggest curse ever. You'll have to pay hefty interest rate. Banks in Pakistan are monsters. Zaleel bhi bahut kartee hain. Chakar Pe Chakar for no reason.
My advise would be to draw loan from the country that you are living and earning in at lower interest rate and then use that money to buy home in Pakistan.
Only other option is to keep saving until you have enough money to buy a plot. Then you can keep building little by little as you earn more money.
