How is Bahria Greens Lahore investment, is there any benefit expected in next few months? Is there any news for its exact location. LDA vs Bahria dispute resolved or sidelined etc.
That is the cheapest thing available in Bahria at the moment, file price max upto 300,000 and minus.
You are right, rate of files has dropped in Green Valley. Since its a Bahria Town project and you can afford to invest in it, no one should tell you otherwise. Some major development is expected in Bahria Town's surrounding areas during present Government's tenure and you know what will happen next.
Buying cheap means selling expensive and this is what an investment is primarily about.

I live in the areas where Bahria Enclave land is being purchased and I see a good return in near future if greens is long term then I should divert some of my Green’s investment to Private land in Islamabad. What do you say?

Greens is location near orchards off the raiwind road. As to the prospects, I think until location is disclosed and status of young ring road southern loop is updated prices are likely to move slowly.
