There has been a lot of hype surrounding ary laguna. From what i have heard people are clamouring to buy forms, hoping to get those apartments. However, there a lot of things that seem fishy about the project. It was announced a year ago but launched just now. I have also heard it said that they are using the same tactics as bahria in their dealings with agents. Is that true?
We also had someone claiming that as long as you get 10 forms through their favourite agents, we will get some sort of apartment in ary laguna.
Would really appreciate if someone on the forum can tell me more about this.
Seems 10 year plus wait to me. Not taking risk.
