I am new in property. I heard that multi garden society is giving rebate on buying new plots. Some questions comes into my mind.
Can we purchase file directly from multi garden office?
Can we get rebate if we buy file in open market?

Jamil, can you be a bit more specific about the rebate by MPCHS.
As far as I know they have some sort of discount on lump-sum payments. If you can share more details such as
- which project of MPCHS,
- what block exactly and
- what sort of rebate are they offering?
Such information will ensure a proper answer, hopefully...
Not that I am aware of any rebate, unless I am missing some new update. In that case, I would like if you can update all of us.
However, on G block there was some 21% discount on lump-sum payment. it sounds good but lump-sum payment and the speed at which the PKR is depreciating it may not be a good idea to pay it lump-sum!!

Imtiaz sahib , what you suggest about investment in fasal margalla city B 17 .They are selling plot on lumsum basis
Rashid - sir MPCHS B-17 has a good reputation so for short to medium term it can be quite a reasonable option for investment.
For personal living location is an issue.
As of now:
- Standard of B-17 development is quite impressive
- Location/Access from mainstream ISB/RWP is not good.
The only possibility for improved access depends on Margalla Avenue but that seems to be on a halt for years now. An years ago prices of B-17 were quite attractive but since progress on F block followed by G block and now FMC prices a a bit expensive side (although not too much) for investors and end buyers.
To me E & F block seem more attractive.
