I have a plot in last strip of size 40 x 80 in tele-graden. What is the best price that I can get for this plot.
Should I construct this plot or wait so its price may increase as society prices are slow to rise.

It all depends on the location of your plot. You see if its in good location it will be as good as cash and people will readily buy it.
