I want to buy a plot in ahsan garden block b. Several agents are telling the possession is going open to allottee. Due to this reason rate has been increased.
I want to check is it true or not ... Where to get information regarding this.
And how to get information that this is not hype...?
Dear Affan sb there is no gauge to measure the rates. If many dealers are telling same rate it mean it is almost confirm. Second meet to any dealer and tell him I want to sell plot in xx block, having xx # what will be the selling price . HOPE u have got point. Plz note in every business common sense/intelligence is very important. Most important one time visit site and see available facilities like electricity, roads, gas etc then judge.
