Can anyone tell me the status of i 12 in coming 2 years. And also what will be the fate of i 11 allotees?
Sir in my view point the fate of i-11 is same as rest of undeveloped sectors of islamabad.I dont think so that they will be able to develop i-11.They have not even developed d-12 for last 25 years,how will they be going to develop i-11 where there is much greater hindrance as compared to d-12.Other respectable members might disagree with me.Sir investment in i-12 is just okay in my view point.
What will be market price in i 12

Cda is giving possession to allotee in i-11 and pple are making house in i-11/2 , 2 or 3 house is already constructed in i-11/1…
Sir these types of steps are just taken in order to inflate the market. Btw every one of us know that there is no basic infrastructure in i-11 plus would this incapable cda be able to get the rest of the last vacated from those people…The answer is a big"no".Only a small piece of land is available for construction and allotment.I-11 lacks basic facilities and it cannot be adopted as residence…Its all my opinion sir…
