I needed a personal advice.
Advice needed # 1: I have a plot in G-14/1 3060 which market price has been stagnant quite a long time (1 year) approx. 50~55 lac. I was thinking either I dispose it and re-invest it somewhere else. What is the opinion about I-12 though it's the similar situation of G-14/1. But one thing I have seen in I-12 is that there no Kachi Bastis as such.
Advice needed # 2: I have a cash of 70+lac which I am totally confused where to invest. 2540 plots in G-11, G-13 or D-12.
Or should I opt for faraway places.
Would really appreciate good advices.
Ps. I am not interested in investing in Bahria.

Dear Nauman: About G-14/1 plot, my advice is to keep it. This is very good location and is an assett of future.
For your next investment, I would say:
(1) One plot of 1 kanal in sector B in Top City (around 20-24 lakh)
(2) One of 10 marla in Bahria Enclave
(3) keep rest o C seriesf the money in your pocket for a small plot in upcoming CDA C series
Retain G-14,
Secondly,
I second Malik Majeed sb. Consider Top City and Bahria Enclave 1, both are very good investments.

So I can invest in the following Options
Either Top City
10 Marla 13 ~15 Lacs
1 Kanal 19~21 lacs
Or Baheria Enclave
10 Marla 50 ~55 lacs
One more clarification;
I can see University Town from satellite, G-15 as well as some more societies near to Islamabad Link Motor Way Road.
Is it worth investing in these areas?

Dear Nauman,
All other options are good but personally I am not sure about Top City's success because it is still a big question mark to all those whose investment is blocked in this society. It could be a big hit when airport launched or continue to plunge, hard to predict. Unless you are in gambling mood, i would not suggest to take this risk. Similarly, I would not advise any sector or society where land is not acquired.
Market is slow, rather declining so no need to rush. Take your time, see dealers, seek further advise, visit places and then put your hard earned money.
^Yes, please stay away from Top City and other such schemes which depend on third party projects for their success. Also Bahria Enclave have NOC issues.
In your budget I would advise you to invest in DHA KLMN blocks or Bahria Phase 8 (Kanal plots), Most solid investment would be D-12 although you have to compromise on plot size.
What about g-13 as Mr. Nauman originally pointed?

I-12 with cold shivering ,hot fire shines,
can be a stuck investment for 10 years, or if cold turn to hot balloon ,will make you very lucky,,,risk,,and luck.

g-15 can be a good place in long run, or dha 2,
