What’s the condition of i12 right now is it good to invest right now? Should i invest in house in i12?
I-12 mein koi house nahi hai abhi, better invest in I-11 or I-14 as possession is already there.
There is no possession available in i-12 and it’s a long-term investment.
I intended to buy a 5 marla plot in I-12 few months back but the property dealer who did the deal in G-11 Markaz backed out at the time of transfer due to problems in plots transfer in i-12 at CDA end. He returned me bayana amount after a month in installments. As i-12 is mutasreen sector so care must be taken before investing.
There are about 10 plots in I-12, I shared earlier and will try to post them again with exact plot numbers. These have been identified by CDA as having a litigation and for now their transfers witdhtheld.
Rest, as per CDA is clear for transfer.
I highligted the issue an year ago with some plots in I-12 (10 plots, I think) and I-14 (6 plots I guess) in litigation that have been identified by CDA.
