I have not seen much discussion about I-14 and I-16 sectors here all talk about F-16, G-14 and E-12 etc.
Please tell us about I-14 and I-16.
In I-14 development work started and there is much sale purchase seen.

In my opinion I-16 is better than I-14 because the land is smoother than I-14 and is filled naturally, like in I-14 land is filled by all the garbage of Islamabad.
Next thing, now the bridge that was not constructed, but now has fully constructed.

It is a matter of time, these sectors will come up well but may take long as economic conditions of the country are evident.
People would like to stay in more settled sectors as compared to new ones in view of increased cost of living etc.
There is a society called FOECHS next to I-16. There is development work going on there at the moment. What is everyone’s view of this society?
