What will be future of CDA Sector I-14, Islamabad for investment and construction?
Aa i 14 is a well located sector of islamabad but there development standard is ordinary and their approch is yet not good too. Overall a good sector but needs few finishing touches. Over all good for living purpose for.
Please visit and look at the area and specific plot before agreement on price. Some plots are in very deep area. Also check file in cda to make,doubly sure it has not been sold over and over again. Or no 2 owners exist. Otherwise it is a good investment. Some time on the future, the roads will be repaired and the price will rise but it will be middle class locality.

Things are better in I-16 but some plots are deep there as well. Foechs is near I-16; that should also be explored. But there too the prices are now on higher side but land is level comparatively. If u find a cheap option in D block, then a small plot there is a good option compared to I-16 because of price difference.
Aa if you can specifically tell your need then answers will be more helpful. How much investment for living or sale etc
I 14 grew fastly in last three years where 5 marla plot raised from 10 lakh to 30 lakh in last three years .house construction activity is fast and definitely rates will increase . Location is good everything is approachable but entrance is not good as well development standards currently not good but definitely its a cda policy they will develop roads again after construction of 60 to 70 percent of houses
I won’t recommend I-14,15,16, better buy a plot in G-13.
