I am interested to know investment prospective of the i-14 sector, what is the development,utilities,construction status, and how well the sector has performed in terms of price appreciation.
I was looking at the prices from zameen.Com where i see a big increase in prices in recent 6months or so..And currently it is decreasing.Is it?
Please discuss investment prospects.Thanks all

Prices are decreasing and may be a good time to buy as
30-60 prices ( level, good location)around 32-35 lac that were 40-45 lac previously. As hype created by some people due to airport route is wipe away.
House construction mostly by govt employees and retired personal is going on, about 250-350 houses completed are under construction and around 100-150 families residing their.
Commercial/parks yet not developed and sewerage line/roads are poor quality and need to be rebuild when populated. Water and Gas supply yet not available.
I thing investors are not active in the area but only guanine buyers. Spacial care needed when selecting the plot and some of plot are KHadda (Steep from road)especially I-14/2.

which sub sector of i-14 is better for living?
No body have assurance of any area that give good return ( lucks matters a lot), in term of development and quality living, i would recommend Gulberg residencia where in the budget of 20-25 lac you can get good location 200sqyrd, and in 30-35 lac a 10 marla in A,B, F blocks. Safe and sound investment so far residence you must visit the area first then decide.
I-14 1,3,4 all are good and especially the area where you see a cluster of houses as people already living and level solid area.
F-15, if cleared area may be good, but JKCHS usually takes years to get acquired the area and develop it. May be G-16 acquired and developed area be good.
F-16 has full potential as cheaper and development has to happened here but JKCHS management is not commited to do work seriously.
Heard that PC-1 for I-14 sector has been approved by CDA which includes construction of double road to provide convenient access, construction of roads, installing gas pipe lines in the streets. And it is hoped, once this has started, alot of construction activity will begin and prices will jump as well.

I purchased 30*60 plot in I-14/3 in 48 lakh three months back and I have offer of 55 lakh. It means prices are going up and mostly chances of gas coming this year end. So let see.
