I am getting an option to buy 25*50 plot in I-16/2 on 150 ft double road dividing I-16/2 & I-16/3 in around 26 lac. Can you people please help me out whether its a good option to buy in this amount or not and how much gain I can expect in near future in 1/2 years?

Amy opinion it is bit higher value you are quoting and In my view no gain in coming six to seven months on this price
My view is if u get this on somewhere between 21.5 to 22 lacs then you can expect two to five lacs in coming eight to nine months
