I would suggest you to please list your property in Zameen.com by logging in to your account and go to 'Add New Property', to get it accessed easily by the buyers.

In I-16 the price of 8 marla is nearly 30 lakhs
But if you go to Foreign Office Employees Cooperative Housing Society (FOECHS) which is touching I-16, the price of 1.2 kanal (60x90) is 30-40 lakhs depending on location.
@Tariq, It will keep rising (INSHALLAH) as you see in last 3 years it went to 30 from 14Lakh. If you do not really need Money than do not Sell it, BTW if you want to make more Profit than sell this Plot and buy two Plots of 25x50 in I-15.
@Abbas, I-16/1 is also OK, you see you have to compare it with some reference if I compare it with I-15 its FINE. Actually the terrain of I-16/1 is bit uneven.
