I am interested in buying a plot there for long term investment. Would like to know how good that investment would be? I see a big difference in prices between G-16/2 and G-16/4, why? Any recommendation for a better sector in same price range (1 kanal plot for less than Rs 2 million)

Big difference between prices of G-16/2 and 4 just because of development status 4 is almost developed very soon construction will begin there for long term investment it's not bad but society officials are very lazy in development you should minimum wait for 4 or 5 years.
