I Want To Buy A Plot Of 5 To 7 Marla

I want to buy a plot of 5 to 7 Marla, I have a budget of 10 to 13 lac, which is hard earned money, the places within my range are Ghori Town, Jinnah Town, H13, SWA Garden, I visited all these places I like the SWA garden because of locality and construction, but i informed by someone that the water supply is very low there moreover the sewerage system is not good too, so as a second option I considered Ghori town, but same problem here too most of the people are of the view that it is illegal, so i am very confused, if someone can guide me with his or her experience that is really helpful for me, moreover guide me in right direction for buying plot.

Ghouri town is not illegal . You will get proper intekal and registry. Ghouri town has edge over soan garden due to its location .

Thanks for quick reply, I visited Gori town many times and asked for the price of per Marla, every time new price arise, And if according to you Gori town is legal, what are ur views about phase 7, is it disputed. And if not when one can build a house after purchase of plot in phase 7

I think pahse 4 is better currently. The price shld be around 3 lak/marla.

Ghauri town is not approved by cda but it is nt illegible. A lot of my friends are living there (especially near pahse, 1, 2) where the price is around 3.5 to 5 lak/marla. There might be issues of maintenance once you build the house, as there is no thing, called society (at-least after they sell every plot). Its standard will be more like Pindi rather Islamabad. But if one is used to live in Pindi area, they will not feel bad here.

Jinnah Garden, Soha Garden .. No idea, but I heard they are well constructed and approved by cda. The down side is far location compared with ghauri town.

H13, never heard it exists.

Well I think (Im sure but I maybe wrong) mumtaz construction developed soan garden hence development standards should be good and value for money. Unsure about Jinnah garden though........

Jinnah Garden is about 10km from khana pul and is on express way, yes its is developed, the cost of 5 or 7 a plot where one can construct a house ranges from 16lak to 22 lak, It is CDA approved, Only draw I have seen in it is that it away from Express way like Gulberg

You can get plot in pechs in your budget, it will be on installments. Or u can buy in cash also.

So isn't Jinnah garden around naval anchorage? which would be better N A or Jinnah? Is Jinnah a well developed society like Soan Garden? or is it low brand name, an ok development standards like Airport Society?
