Recently I retired from my job, please advise me. I wants to buy plot and then I have to build house on them. What size most likely for a house, and where I have to buy, some my friends advise me to buy in G-14/4 size 30*60 and build house on them, these will be better then others work. Please let me know 30^60 construction expense. And after ready how much time will take for sale. Advise me.

In sector G-13 g-14/4 and even now G-15 are good for that purpose try to buy a small size plot 30 x 60 is good as usually small homes gives good profit plus it's easy to sell. Construction cost would be around 4 million if you will build it by your own with normal standards. Yeah it as better then many other business but it depends on you like its a tough work labor is always very difficult to deal otherwise profit is good in construction.

Normally 30 x 60 home need minimum 8 months for completion but also depends on rains and other factors, in G-14/4 30 x 60 plot rough price should be around 5.5 million
