Main thing is that do not put all eggs in one basket. Do some investment in Bahria, some in B-17, AWT and PECHS.
There is a battle between Zone 2 and Zone 5, both are going higher day by day and you can invest in both for guaranteed profit. For zone 2, you can invest in PECHS, AWT and B17. I would recommend you to buy a 10 marla in bahria town phase 7 or 8 and a 30x60 plot in g-15…U can also go for a good location kanal plot in dha 2 which has very very bright future in the years to come…

Dear nadeem u can invest in different areas as ur budget is good enough to invest in zone 2 and 5. For investment purpose f 15 2 is a good place now as f 15 1 is already developed and prices are on higher end. In f 15 2 jkchs purchased remaining land except few kanals and will develop it with in next 6 to 8 months u can get a 40 x 80 plot in acquired area around 4.5 to 5 million, developed plot rate is currently 7 to 8 million in f 15. E 17 is another good option developed kanal plot u can get around 3.5 million. In zone 2 consider bahria phase 8 as prices are going higher day by day there. These three investments will divide ur investment in different areas and inshallah will give u good return with in 2 years.

You can go for B-17, you may consider Kanal plot in Bharia Enclave Islamabad, development is going at pace.

Sir you may consider dha hase 2 ext for long term investment and bahria town phase 8 is good for medium term investment and for living aswell…Both are excellent investments.
