Impact of new islamabad airport

Is there any impact of new airport on the adjacent societies like cbr town phase 2 , mumtaz city , top city and airline avenue , airport avenue , university town , ghandara city
In the next coming months ?

I believe market will settle down a bit after airport inauguration till elections/next govt. Formation.

In my personal opinion, bit risky to enter market now near NIIA.

As per my opinion the prices in Airport nearby societies will not decline now but there will a sudden rise and prices will further mature with passage of time due to the following developments in the next month.

(i) Inauguration of New Islamabad Airport

(ii) Completion of Metro Bus Track

(iii) Opening of Kashmir highway (Motorway link Road to New Airport) section.

(iv) Completion of infrastructure work in Airport nearby societies.

You could see now. In just a month smaller size plot prices in Top City & Mumtaz City has gained minimum of 20-25% appreciation.

Dealers will try to up-sell but market will not respond. Eventually a drag and regular people will loose a lot of money in these plots.

I see only clean investors stay in market and rest will try to dump their inventory and try to move their money in to dollar or other options. But I don't think anything will help at this point. Accountability will continue.
