Hi experts, i am an overseas pakistani, would like to invest in pakistan around 20 m, i am not in hurry. I can invest and wait for few years. What do you think where to invest? In dha ph-9, 10. Bahria town sec-f, ??? I would like to take 1 comercial and other files even don't know please provide your expert openion.

Sir u can go for a 30x30 commercial plot in dha kahore in those phases which are not so populated or developed but they are good from future perspective.Dont go for files as they can give u loss.

Which phases? What's the price now a days? 8 marla commercial?
Sir phase 7 size 30x30 can be bought in ur range…Phase1 k block…Phase 8,2 marla shops…Phase 4 sector shops…Phase 8 plots of size 30x30…8 marla plots are too much expensive.Even these 4 marla plots are in the rage of 1.40 to 1.75
