In which sector of Islamabad i should buy a house

I have 30m, which sector will suite me ,g13 or e11

Value of houses in g13 has increased almost 50% since january 2012, while the price hike in e11 is 13%. Rates of houses in e11 is 12% higher than that in g13. For better roi on long term investment, i would say e11. You can also talk to some estate for more help.

Samra, what about e-16 & e-17 some property dealers convince me to buy a plot there me also interested to invest but confused… Please need your expert comment about these two sectors and what is current prices are there. Adventage and disadventage of these two sectors

I would recommend e-17 prices are low compared to e-16 no disputed land that i know of like e-16 where rp and settlers are right ext to it. E-16 does not have a markaz except for a strip of land they want to commercialise. Prices are higher in e-16. Also electricity in underground in e-17 not in e-16.

In 30 million purchased 40* 80 plot in d-12 and construct house.

E-16 and e-17 is good if buyer range for plot is less than 4 million.

Dear ajmair U only asked about 2 sectors g 13 or e 11 personally i would recomend e 11 in above mentioned options as e 11 is better developed then g 13 and all facilities are there plus underground water level is very better there
