One option is F-10 markaz EMPORIUM covered 11 storey shoping mall but all the shops are booked before launching. U can get in resale only. The other option is Esylum Tower In front of CENTAURUS & PIMS hospital but this project is not launched so far. In a short time it may be launched. Presently these two are the best options according to my knowledge.

I am ready to buy from someone who already booked and would like to get some extra money as current Market Value. But not as whole Payment. My budget is around 40 lcs in November and continue with the Installment scheme to some lavish scheme like Bahria / DHA.
