I am interested in buying a low rise apartment 3 bed,3 bath of 10/11 marla basically for renting purpose and selling it later out..A few months ago safari apartments in bahria towns were priced around 7.5 million but now they are selling for like 1.1 mill or so just in 6-8 months..What i am looking for is an intelligent and competitive investment in 2 apartments in rwp/isb ..My maximum budget is 1.5 million..Please advise a good residential scheme for investment..I am quite concerned because idle/liquid money is the worst possible scenario which i am facing.
I am also interested in plots but their value appreciates slowly and i am more interested in earning monthly revenues in addition to property appreciation.
Sir u can also buy a plot in phase 8 which is a good investment.

Bahria phase 8 ext is value for money. But unsure of whether you can still pay on instalments as im sure booking has closed?
Unsure of what the development fees would be in future that is a disadvantage as it can extortionate.

The problem is now the time has gone to invest…Already property has touched skyhigh prices…Now investor is at loss…You cannot find any good apartment at reasonable rates…Nor plots (they alone touch 10 mill price)…I think we were slow and got late;now we are suffering
