Invest in 2 bed room apt. In Bhurbun apartments Murree

Hello fellow members,

Just need some advise/guidance, basically i am thinking of investing in bhurbun villas & apartments by usman builders & developers.

I am intrested in 2 bed room apartment & the purpose is to live there when the weather get's really hot out in the country, anybody can guide me if it's a right place to invest/live as after summers i will be renting out the apartment.

My concerns are as following:

• bhurbun villas & apartments by usman builders & developers is it a legal project ? And no complications or conpiracies attached to it ?

• does any fellow member own's any apartment in murree and what's there experience ?

• are all amenities available like water, electric & gas ?

• is it far from main murree and can my family live there in summers even if i am not out there myself ?

In my openion cecil apartments murree is the best place/ location that suits ur requirements very close to mall rd and other city facilities. Bhurban is a little far and one gets boar over there in a day. These can be rented out easily , there is a sitting management over there who takes care for security and water issues.

The project u are talking about is it under completion or completed ?

Many thanks for your input, the project details and address is as below, I think it's close to complete and few apartments are ready for possession but the villas I think are still under progress.

Location: 1.5 kilometers from Golf Club/ PC Bhurban Chowk on main Bhurban Murree Road near Koshar Market.
