I've 1.5 million rupees and i'm looking for a residential housing society where i can purchase 5 or 10 marla plot on cash or even on installments.
Pak arab has recently launched f block where plots are available on installments. Besides f block, there is another society named as "vital homes 2" consists of 3 and 5 marla cutting. Please suggest me about these two and their future if anyone has some insight or shareable information.

If you want to invest then why dont you invest in dha phase 9 or bahria? Avoid investing in the localities which are less famous.
You can get a 5 marla file in phase 9 for around Rs. 1.7 million.
Thats my personal opinion, you may ask some other experts as well.
Try the Rafi Group developments… I remember they were developing a residential community on Multan Road and the prices were economical as well.
