I think you need to keep in mind time period of 3 to 5 years in your mind for better return.

Why don't you buy a PHA or Housing flat on cash in G-11, Islamabad, which are ready possession and can be rented out easily.
What about WTC shops, is that good investment. How much does a shop costs these days and whats the minimum size & floor one can get at?
