In zone 2 cdechs is a good option. Top city and mumtaz are good options in RDA area. In zone 5 just consider phase 8

30x60 in Bahria Enclave is around 44 lacs without possession.

Ali…DHA phase 2 ext is having great potential to grow, however, it will take time…its a long term investment …minimum 3-4 years…and will pay back Insha ALLAH.

WELL…Ali few months back the files were trading between 18 - 20 lac…then came down to 16- 17…and are being traded in the same range. Well…development in phase 2 ext is likely to start within an year.

How much work is left in ph 2’s remaining blocks like m n p? Will they start extension once possession is given for all remaining ph 2 blocks?

I dont think you should expect possession in Phase II extn new blocks anytime soon, you should keep minimum 2 years in mind when investing.
