Investment Advice 4 Months Time Period!!

Kindly advice me I want to have a good return on investment for investing 30 to 40 lac in a plot in Islamabad for 4 months only.

Far too short length of time! How can one be so sure that a hike is expected within the next 4 months?

There are good options but nothing is guaranteed in such short time!

AWT, ECHS and Top/Mumtaz Ci ty maybe good options for within 3 years for good return.

Sir for short term investment go for those societies where u can recover ur mother amount easily

for 4 months try bahria enclave , f 16 and top city there is a chance of jump if not u will get ur original amount comfortably inshallah

Nothing can be guaranteed, but u can take chance. I would say, Multi Residencia, TOP CITY, Faisal Town, AWT could be your options.

Dear members;

I just called one property dealer and he advised me to invest in PECHS. He said AWT has extracted the maximum profit it could have. And it would not be favorable to invest in it now.

I would be very thankful kindly let me know where to make an investment of 4 million and earn MAX profit within 4-6 months ..Dear experienced members kindly suggest as prices are increasing day by day and money is losing value as I have to make an investment within a day or two.

4 million is a handsome investment u got.

Spread it in multiple societies:

  1. 1 kanal in Veteran (15 lac)

  2. Faisal Town / TOP CITY

  3. Ministry of Commerce

Sir PECHS is currently not a very good option specially for four months investment as prices and sale purchase is v slow

Bro! i think 4-6 months is a very short span of time, anyways, ur investment of 4 million is likely to give u good return in TOP CITY even after 4 months. Regards.

Why not u invest in b17 block e or multi orchards. Possession is expected in next 6 months at both places and coming 6 months is ideal time for investment growth. As sale purchase of plots will be very fast near possession so u can easily quit with profit anytime in june or july.

Go for Top City. Buy 2 x 10 marla plots in A or D block. You will in sha Allah get 10-15% return in 4-5 months.

Faisal Town is good option for short term investment although prices have increased a lot. The day the map is make available to public, prices will jump a lot.

; i wanted to opt for top city but people are telling me that it is not a safe investment. I already bought 2 plots i.e 2 forms in bahria enclave and one in bahria phase 8 Lblock(10 marla) about 2 months back as advised by my dealers. So far they have failed to fetch any profits and im very dissapointed. Now i have 4 million more to invest but im going to be very cautious that is why taking advice from you seniors. Kindly suggest me what to do!!

T&T (F-17/2) is a very good option for those who can understand it. I mean its just in F-17. Price difference between Multi and T&T is still huge.

One should look for a good Location plot. On 31 of Jan they are having their AGM and they are giving Posetion. So prices will definately go up.

i got a category plot in phase8L block bahria town . With transfer and commission it cost me around 43 lac rupees and now at this time after 2 months the price is more or less the same. The dealer promised me that he would sell it in the BAYANA but he went back on his words in the end. My point is that dealers are just concerned with their commissions.

He told me that Bahria will give possession in Phase8 L block in a month but there is no sign of it. As i was new into this business ive faced alot of dissapointment. Similarly now im stuck in bahria enclave 2 dilema as advised by my dear dealers. If you seniors can suggest me an investment in a plot shortterm not more thn 4 - 6months with 3-4million budget so i can get a return i wuold be very thankfull

Bhai!!! jo kehta hai TOP CITY safe nahi, wo jhoot bolta hai. Top city is the best investment opportunity. Aj invest kero or 1 sal bad metha phal khao.

BT ph-8 jumped almost 100% in last 2-3 months. I don't expect more raise in near future. I would like to share my experience about ph-8, L Block. I booked 2 x 10 marla plots in 2004, at that time BT promosed to hand over in 3 years. After waiting long, I finally sold both for 20-21 lac each in June and Aug2013, respectively. From Sep, prices started going up. Since last one month, those are between 40-45 lac. So I think you have to wait for some time to expect some profit on your plot, I believe that will happen at the time of posession. BT office doesn't tell you possesion time. Dealers just cheat investors by giving them false information about posession. My conclusion about ph-8 is that it is going to be very nice residential area but after around5-8 years. For investment purpose, 2-3 years period should be kept in mind to expect good profit.

I would suggest you to buy two 30x60 plots with numbers on map in Multi Residencia, the rate is from 17.5 to 19 lacs at the moment. Possession will be in July, 2014. To me this is safe and sound investment with good output. Please don't trust dealers blindly. Thanks

Faisal Town and Top City are good options in your budget.

AWT, Multi residentia 30*60 and Faisal town. IA if you spread in these you sould get a reasonable return
