Experts advice requested on investment in 1 kanal in recently launched bahria orchards, phase 8, rawalpindi. The price is 45 laks in installements that makes it a bit attractive. My only concern is that the scheme was launched quite a while ago but plots in all categories are still available at same rate. Please advise on the location, facilities and how this investments might prove in terms of price appreciation. Thanks
