I am planning for 4 marla commercial file and have following options:
Dha lahore phase 9 (bit struggling budget wise)
Dha lahore phase 7
Dha lahore phase 8 z block
I am thinking about phase 7 as it could be balloted in around 3-4 years while the dealer is advising me to go for phase 8 z block as in his opinion it shall be more profitable compare to phase 7 commercial.
I need opionin and advice from all friends in order to take a good decision since i am out of country hence do not know much of opportunities
For 3 or 4 Years Investment choose zone 2 …because of New airport and Motorway and kashmir highway link

There is close tie between Phase-7 & Phase-8 Z-block Commercial.
For Phase-7, you know the location whereas nobody knows the exact location of Phase-8 Z-block.
Secondly, Phase-7 is almost developed, possession given and may be get populated earlier than Phase-8 Z-block which is still not even balloted & will take further time for development / possession.
Thirdly, I don't agree with dealer's statement that Phase-7 commercial would take 3-4 years for balloting because Its already developed on ground. Its balloting can be done anytime.
Now, decision is yours. Whatever option you choose, InshaAllah you will earn handsome profit in next 3-4 years.
