Lol…because CDA NOC is not available there?? hahahha…i am missing u Sheikh sab…if it would have been Bahria developing the society there…so it would have been a gud 1…even without NOC and even if it was illegal…this is wot is called hypocrisy…and that is how we suuport it…and ruin our own country…we see rules and regulations for those…who have no say…what a pity…

Shah Allah Ditta Location:Very nice and Scenic near Margalla Hills in North of D-12. Different developers Schemes in Shah Allah Ditta. Will be a nice place to live in future. Risk involve, Registry from Islamabad Sub Registrar is open. Situated in Zone-III Exempted & out of sector's area. Suppose to be reserved for forest and National Park but CDA not bothered to acquire. How can stop people from construction on their own land. Same issue was in Zone-4 Bara Kahu, Bani Gala, Ghouri Town etc.

People are living in Shah Alla Ditta, very nice scenic view. People are also investing there.

Wots the rate of 1 kanal plot there???

Planned area 40 feet streets near D-12. 50-75 lekh. Rural area 20-25 feet street near Shah Allah Ditta Village. 25-30 lekh.

Okk…then how do u see a plot of 80 x 80 in gen area sangjani not part of any society …on the road going to FECTO cement factory…3 km short??? wot should be its worth…??coz am having an offer for that…am planing to buy…

Shah Allah Ditta and Sangjani are 2 different areas.Shah Allah Ditta area is good but Difficult to comment without visiting actual site on area where u are buying . Any special reason for choosing Sangjani area??

Well…of course from investment point of view…the area is focus of attention…specifically the area which i am mentioning is far better than shah alla dita…its located on the road going to FECTO Cement factory…opposite to sector B 17, having triple road acess…1. GT road( only 1 km away) 2. Motorway toll plaza sangjani( only 3 km away) 3. Margalla avenue( adjacent to the area) …so don’t u think its an ideal place for investment and living??

Please check this ad from CDA before thinking for shah allah ditta "Un-authorized and illegal development at Shah Allah Ditta and Siri Siyal, Zone-III, Islamabad"

Apple thx for the link…however, the area which i am mentioning does not fall in this zone…its located short of Sangjani…opposite B 17, on right side of GT road Peshawar -Islamabad …specifically it lies on the road going to FECTO Cement factory,…i am sure that the area is legally clear…however ,just want to know the worth… As i intend investing there…Regards
