Investment Future Of F-17 And E-16/17

May I ask the investment future of F-17, E-16 and E-17 for medium term (1-2 years). Which one is good option?

The price plots in f-17 range between 3-4 lacs/marla depending on location. So, in my opinion, the locality still has a growth potential for short term investment.

E-17 has tremendous potential but needs a waiting period of approx 2 years.

F-17 with possession and amenities. Also once airport is operational prices will double

Access wise E-16 comes first, so it is better, but prices are higher in E-16 as compared to E-17. Therefore, E-17 has more potential in terms of growth.

Fairly decent possession plots in e-17/3 but not everyone is selling so sellers have absurd demand price. Prices will increase in CDECHS, just a matter of time when new management into power from elections, same thing with JKCHS hence why f-16 sector has really picked up these couple of months as everyone is expecting big changes when elections happen and hopefully change for the good!

Both are good options but rite now F-17 has more potential access/link/development wise.

If the PM visits NBBIA this month prices will shoot up in all developed societies in zone 2
