Prices of kanal in f-17 will touch 1 crore by next year. The new airport is being built with full swing. I think it’s good time to buy now and double your money in one year

The approximate per marla rate in f-17 is 3-4lacs/marla. So in my view, the locality has a growth potential. And the plus point is the construction of Airport, as mentioned by Mr. Ali. So in my view, f-17 is good for investment.

F-17 is good for investment. But I don't see it going double in one year. At the moment the road access is not good, by considering traffic over Fateh Jang road.

Mr Khan the way road networks are improving I anticipate good news from tarnol flyover by next year which will be helpful. Also the price are likely to get close to closeby cda sectors and Kashmir highway will reduce the travel time. Although road access is not great I think quality and multi brand is unmatched in zone 2
What is the current rate of 30x60 and 50x90 plot on F 17
So is it better to avoid T&T? or is there any potential?
In f17 Good 50x90 plots are between 75 and 80 lacks.
Ali, I do agree with your points. But completion of these projects will take some years, so thats why I was saying that it will not double in an year. I know the standard and reliability of MPCHS.
