I-16 is long term investment but good time to buy now. You'll see gradual upward trend in coming months and years.
I guess he means whether it is a good idea to invest there. But yes it will depend on the time frame for which he wishes to tie up his money in the investment.
In principle, I-16 is a good investment but you have FOECHS in the neighborhood where you can buy at less than half the price of I-16 on per marla basis. That looks like a much better investment to me. And prices there are rising every day. More of the people in that society wish to keep their plots and very few owners are selling at the moment.
