Investment In D-17

Dear members,

I want to know if D-17 is still a good option for investment considering the margalla avenue factor and sang jani inter-change?

I received a quote for 3.7 million for a 30 x 70 corner plot with extra land. Is it a good buy at this price? Do you suggest any other area for investment in 3.5 million range?

D-17 is good sector all facilities are available. Location better than B-17. Development standard of B-17 is better than D-17.

Margalla Avenue is more beneficial for C & D sectors. Alignment of Margalla Avenue is between C & D sectors i.e. C-13, D-13, C-14, D-14, C-15, D-15, C-16, D-16.

I think 40*80 Plot in D-17 around million will be a good option.

40 * 80 plots are more expensive. Checked two 30*70 plots today. One was asking 3.7m (street 07)and the other 3.85m (street 13). Is this a fair price for plots D-17? (margalla view)

Considering the margalla avenue, B17 will be more better option for investment.

Checked the prices there today. Block C was same as D-17 with lesser quality of development and population. Even Block E which is undeveloped area was 22-25 lacs for 7 marla and 25-30 lacs for 10 marla. B-18 still a better option considering the quality of development at D-17, population, available services, possession?
