I am a non resident and would like to invest my savings in real estate (defence phase vii- zone b/c, Karachi). Preference is 500 sq yards plot and the monetary limit is less than 25m or 2.5 crore. I would appreciate your suggestions and any advice/idea of the market prevailing currently. An urgent response is highly appreciated.
