When is development work expected to launch in I-12 sector Islamabad. Is it good for investment right now?
I-12 is very good sector Easily accessible from Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Better town planning 40 feet streets. 2550 and 3060 Size Plots. Commercial of I-12 Markaz is declared Islamabad Sadar and plots are auctioned u may see there construction of Plazas in near future. The day development work completed price will at par with I-10. Price of Plots increased 3 times in one year. Tender was floated by the CDA for construction of Service Road West I-12 but work not yet started on it. Future is good but difficult to predict about price increase in future if development work not started.

Better wait for some time than to be hasty bro. Wait and see how the developments work out and then invest your money.
Very risky if development is not started as people have made millions of rupees in the last few months due to huge rise in prices. Like a gamble at this point in time. Regards
Dear chunto prices are too high there 30 x 60 was 15 to 18 lac few months ago, also 600 plots new allotted to effecties recently there is a chance that price will down 3 to 4 lac with in few weeks

Investing in I-12 only depends on the development work progress, it is expected that they will start it soon, if not, then the prices will for sure fall down.
But one thing more, if development is started, then prices will go high like rocket unprecedentedly. ....
