Aslamualaikum,
I am thinking to invest around 50 lakh in g-14/1. Please advise, is it a right move. I may get a plot of 8 marla or 10 marla with mentioned investment. I been told possessionn of g-14/1 will be given in 3 years.
Please advise is it right move, or else please advise any other good option.

Sir dont go for g-14/1 .Fgehf is just giving lollypops. Not a single built up properyt has been removed from last several years.It cannot be developed even for next 30 years.They are just making fool by passing statements.
What do you think would be safe place (real estate) to invest in islamabad ?
Dha2 is a good option.U can also go for g-15,a 25x40 plot in g13 ,g14/4 or d12.If u are interested in buying,i can buy u a very good deal.
