I want to invest 8 milion in Islamabad property please advise in which CDA sectors do I have to invest in two three plots either residential or commercial.
F17 is good. Also G15 could be an option. Cheaper sectors are B17, which is very hot these days.
There are multiple options available you are only interested in CDA sectors or also pvt housing societies? Plus what is your investment time frame?

If you need 2 or 3 plots in that budget then you should invest in G-14/3 small size and f -15 g -14/3 prices depends on its possession multi professional is also a good society for investment but it depends on Margalla Avenue.

Good Question SyedAmjad Sb… I was wondering the same thing. What could be the price of a 5 kanal farmhouse plot in Multi Orchards by July 2014 when possession is due? Same goes for B17E and Multi Residencia 30x60 plots… Any ideas?
Jump on possession is anybody guess… There will be a jump for sure. I hope they starting giving possession in July.
Amjad sb, multi orchards seems to have highest growth potential. Second is residentia. Then e block b17.
@Ali1. Thanks. I will try to get an update on these schemes that you have mentioned as I have been out of the MPCHS market for a long time. From what I recall, in orchards there were two bookings, in first 5 kanal was booked for 65 lakhs and in second for 75 lakhs. I wonder if both will get possession at the same time.

There are three types of booking for Orchards. First were launched in 2010-2011 for 46 lac. For these booking all the installments have been paid now. Possession is expected to be given for those booking in July 2014.
2nd and 3rd type of booking were both for 65 lac, the difference was that for one was with 15 lac down-payment plus 10 x 5 lac installment. For the other one the down-payment was 20 lac plus 10 x 4.5 lac installment. These booking were launched just few both ago and for them first installment is now due. Possession for these booking will definitely not start in July 2014.
Thank you Zeeshan sb for that very useful information. I don’t think I can buy an all dues clear plot over there right now, as it would be beyond my budget. I wonder if the ones on installments are good for short term investment? Thanks.
Amjad Sb, i think they are good for short term investment as on possession the prices of plots on map will increase, so it will have a positive effect on these installments farmhouses as well. Regards
