I want to invest in plots on installments for mid-to long term in islamabad,rawalpindi or lahore in societies with good reputation,any advice?
There is developer giant named Izhar-Monno group. They are big house of business from Textile sector to construction sector. Check dream gardens society in Lahore. Similarly chen-one (Chenab group) launched a housing project in lahore & islamabad
I also liked Izhar Monno projects and was waiting for dream garden phase-2 but they launched at quite high price. 5 million for a 5 marla plot is too much.
Zaid Ali, I suggest that you do not restrict yourself to these three cities only. You should also consider DHA Multan which will launch investment files in about a week’s time inshaAllah.
DHA Multan is best investment right now for short to long term investment.
