I am looking to buy house in sui gas phase 1, lahore besides phase 5.. Pls tell me pros & cons for buying house there. I am looking to put money here as dha lahore brand new houses are out of my reach cost 250k plus whereas i can get 1 kanal brand new house within 200k here & there is no environmental differences between two localities..
