Also tell me about possession , development charges? I have read somewhere that they are demanding around 2 lac for possession and development at the time of possession. Is it true? Also I am seeing that Motorway tool is shifting near to University town. Any ideas on it?

Usman sb, sirf paisay se kaam nhe chalega, you need a lot of reference and strength to get it done.

Development done so far is very less as compared to the plots they have sold?

At least 6-7 years to get handsome return

Block-A is well developed than other blocks

Than B & D

Yes i agree with your points but i have recently visited 1 week ago UT

Block-A acha developed ho chuka hai aur B,D me roads carpeting ho rahe hai

C ko level kar rahay hai

They have also involved some Pml-N local leadership of pindi islamabad as well

In short kuch hill jull ho rahe hain mokay pay iss time

Well in Block A , Rates are out of my range.

Where as in Block D and B, plotting of 5 marla is at the edge/corner of society showing in maps that is not yet developed physically. Block C,E and F are having large number of 5 marla plots and near to Commercial Area. That is why, for 5 marla , Block C and E appealing to me. What do you suggest keeping these points in mind?

Plus also tell me if I have to wait for next 6 years, How much I will get back. Rough ideas on it.

AWT ka interchange abhi tak nahi open ho saka… And that is the army. Just money will never work.

University Town. For a budget of 7/7.50 lac is very recommended. I think it will pay u back within 1 yr, IA.

Ali sb, loag pata nhe kitnay saalon se invest ker k baithay hein, unko to pay back nhe kiya. Pata nhe new investors ko aik saal may kaisay payback karega?
