I am planning to buy two 10 Marla plots in WAPDA Town Isb by investment point of view.
Please suggest me which block is good for investment and in what price should I buy plots.
I will appreciate if someone guide me in this regards.
Stay away .ive been stuck in wapda town for last 8 years now… But now due to recent updates the price is moving up.For investment purpose go for D block because they have just started work there so it will be atleast 2 years before the posession , but prices will increase … B AND C block posession already given so plots are a bit expensive compared to D and E block…

Wapda town is a good society with good management. Block B is the best. For investment purpose block D is good. If you want to build a house soon block b is the best option.
Will it benefit from the AWT interchange?
It has benefited and i hope it will in the near future aswell…in march this year the 10 marla plot was around 6 to 8 lacs and now its over 12 lacs so l;ets hope for the best …

Yes interchange will affect, it’s all about approach.
I have heard that land in AWT d-18 will appreciate significantly once interchange becomes operational early next year as it will attract investors from kpk to d-18
