I would like to buy a plot as a secure investment for a period of one and a half year. Could someone guide me to a place that could easily sell after about 1 and a half year giving some decent profit.
DHA Phase-9 5-Marla file is good and secure option in this budget.

do u have any idea when balloting will be done for phase9 and what is rate of non possesion 5 M file?
I also think phase-9 5 marla file is good in the timeline you mentioned. I.e for 1.5 years. Ballotting is expected sometime within next 2 years...
Second option can be NFC-2 10 marla plot.
